India is one of the oldest civilization,it not only goes beyond years but also ages.The vast and still untapped knowledge in different forms like Vedas,Upnishda,mantra,yoga,meditation,etc.,
In our ancient epic Ramayana there is reference of Bharam astra whose energy was equivalent to nuclear power,now scientist are researching it.Similarly Ravanas flying object used for abducting Sita may have given idea to people like Wright Brothers for inventing aeroplanes.The characters were able to fly or change shape or even able to become invisible.Many books and treasures were taken away from India by foreign intruders.The foreign scientist are researching on them to do new inventions.

Vijaydashmi
Vijay Dashmi,Dashera or Durga Utsav is an Indian festival of victory of good over evil.Its a celebration of Lord Ram killing Ravan,Maa Durgas victory over Mahisasur and ending of agayatvaas of Pandaavas.Reasons may differ but allover the celebration are there even in the neighbouring countries.The effigy of Ravan,Kumbhkarna and Meghnand set alight with fancy fireworks.Beautiful pandals are erected for Durga Puja.Let this be the victory of (Ram or MaaDurga)manhood over (Ravan or Mahisasur)poverty,corruption,hatred,terrorism and egos.
